How we manage quality throughout your project lifecycle.
Quality is not a single checkpoint — it is a continuous process that starts when we first review your drawings and continues through to final delivery.
Because we coordinate manufacturing across multiple specialized partners, our quality process focuses on clear communication, specification confirmation, and systematic follow-up. We verify that what was made matches what was requested.
We do not claim certifications we do not hold. Instead, we focus on practical quality management: understanding your requirements, confirming them with the production team, inspecting outcomes, and addressing issues before parts ship.
Six stages of quality coordination from project start to delivery.
Before any production begins, we review your drawings, CAD files, and specifications in detail. We identify critical dimensions, tolerances, surface finish requirements, and any special instructions. If anything is unclear, we ask questions upfront rather than make assumptions.
Material selection is confirmed against your requirements. For metals, we verify alloy grade and certification where applicable. For plastics, we confirm resin type, color, and any additives or fillers. Material certificates can be provided upon request.
During production, we monitor progress and check in at key milestones. For first article inspections, we review initial parts against your drawings before full production proceeds. Issues caught early are cheaper and faster to fix.
Parts are inspected against your specifications using appropriate measurement tools: calipers, micrometers, height gauges, CMM where needed, and visual inspection. We check critical dimensions, surface finish, thread quality, and cosmetic appearance according to your requirements.
Before shipment, a final review confirms quantity, labeling, and packaging requirements. We verify that all parts meet the agreed specifications and that documentation is complete. Any deviations are communicated and approved before delivery.
Proper packaging protects parts during transit. We coordinate shipping methods based on your timeline and budget, and provide tracking information so you know when to expect delivery.
We confirm specifications in writing and flag potential issues before they become problems. No surprises at delivery.
If a tolerance is unrealistic for the chosen process, or a material is unsuitable for the application, we will tell you upfront and suggest alternatives.
You will receive updates at key milestones — not just when things go wrong, but when things are on track too.
If a quality issue does arise, we work with the production partner to determine root cause and corrective action. We do not deflect responsibility.
